Please help! Which model of the Icarus Wings can make a 200lb person fly?

I was wondering where I could buy a pair of Icarus Wings. Would they be at a general store or the mall? And don't tell me that I'm being silly because I saw a pair of them online and I know I won't be flying over the ocean or really close to then sun any time soon. Pleaaase help! I want to get a pair for myself and my mom so we can search for our lost cat. By the way, if anyone finds a black cat with one eye, no fur on one side of its face, and a crooked front paw, please contact me!
