Trading in w/a current loan?

Have an 03 Mitsu. Montero Ltd. w/86K. Mechanically sound, engine, , 4 wheel drive, most accessories. What doesn't work: Sunroof, b(bad motor), antenna snapped off, has a stone chip in middle of windshield, don't have the spare tire cover. Went to KBB, input all the options, listed it as "good condition", came out w/ 9150.00. I owe 9800.00. I'm aware that it would be generous to come out only 700.00 upside down, but what do you think? I'd like to get a 03 Infiniti M45. They avg. between 13-15K. Getting tired of the SUV, I'm a car guy.
