Need advice and info on seattle area. help?

I am moving to seattle soon and I have no idea where to live. Some people say everett is bad but what about its neighboring towns? Also, what about lacey and olympia? And great cities you would highly recommend? I'm looking for a suburb but not too quiet. Any info would be great!
