What would a sweet 6 month anniversary gift be for my boyfriend?

My boyfriend is really excited about this and has plans for us and said he got me something. I really don't know what to do though. The last gift I gave him was a mini accordion scrapbook thing that was really cute and he loved it. I want to do something personal again but I'm afraid it would be lame to keep doing personal gifts. I'm now thinking that since we have tons more pictures, maybe a framed photo with a note behind it and some cookies (we have a joke about how I never cook for him so I thought that would be cute ). Please give me more ideas? Thanks!
