Connecting electricity to acreage in country victoria?

We are looking at purchasing a property in North East Victoria. The property is approximately 35 acres, there is a small house on the property, however there is currently no electricity connected. How do we go about get electricity connected? Who do we contact? How much will it cost? etc etc
