Is it just me or does it look like nbc photoshops faces on tv?

I have been noticing lately that when people are being interviewed on the news when they move their face it takes like a millisecond for the photoshopped area of their face to move with them...It totally looks like they photoshop the news before they show it. i dunno why they would do that. DUMB media.
