Who's in charge of the nation's Heisman watch?

Time to put BYU's Max Hall in the discussion. This should have happened by now, but I see this 'watch' is being criminally negligent with the likes of Hall and OU's Sam Bradford. Hall is currently second in the nation in ping yardage. He's a beast keeping alive the tradition of Q.B.U. at the Y!! Don't hold the refs' call on Locker against Hall. Go Cougars!!
