Could this be preeclampsia? ( sorry about the spelling )?

I threw up blood about 2 days ago and it was darkish, dizzy alot, get drowsy alot, I get headaches heaps and they are bad, my body feels like cramping, at least once a day I get a horrible pain in my abdomen area, when I go to the toilet I *** very little urine ( tmi I know ), I seem to be breathless all the time( so much it feels like I'm getting no air) could this be preeclampsia ?? Sorry I don't know how to spell it. And don't say go to er cause I was there the other night and they sent me home without even taking tests
