I'm looking for a new hairstyle... help?

i'm kind of looking for something different, not drab but not crazy, with bangs, something easy to style, like maybe i can do it with my straightener, because it never turns out right when i try to use a blowdryer. i have brown eyes and light skin, what would look good?
