In my case, on wat grounds can I apply for Divorce? How fast can i get it? Being a male what rights do I have?

Hi, I am from India.I am 33yrs old now. After my UG studies I had not taken up any job as I had my family business which was taken care by my parents. I joined them in growing the business. Since I was financialy dependent on my family, I was not allowed to get married to my love, i was forced & got married to another girl. After marriage I have given my best in being truthful to my wife, But since I told about my old love to my wife after almost a year from my marriage, my wife started doubting my loyalty to her, this slowly created lot of problems, I have always been very submissive to her, but slowly she started creating problms about my career that I am not independent & I am stil with my parents in their business. Now I am married since last 5 years, in the last 1 year, the problms got intensified & she went to the extremes of hitting me, abusinsg my family. Initial period she had given her jewels on her willingness for our business pupose, which later she twisted saying me & my family have taken her jewels & cheated her. However, we have given back atleast 50% of what she gave & only 50% is left which we'll be returning very shortly. She started completely dominating me & my family. She didnt want me to be with my parents anymore & also in their business, for which i refused.She with the help of her parents have threatened us in all possible ways to make me come & stay with them. Infact they chased me out of the house where me & my wife were staying. She went & stayed with her parents.The house were we stayed was bought with the equal investment of me & my wife, where the house doent is on her name.So making use of it on her favour,they chased me out of the house with all my belongings inside the house.As i was strandent,i started living with my parents. In the process of sorting out the issue my parents had had a discussion with my inlaws (my wife's family) in my absence, the discussion turned into an argument & my parents were brutaly beaten up by my wife's family. Now as final step they have given me a last chance saying if i do not go & stay with my wife at her place, they will complaint against me & my family on dowry case. Since I do not want my family to suffer any more & I am not left with any other choice I have verbaly agreed to go & live as per their wish. But actually after all this harrment done to my family I am not willing to live with her anymore. I want to get divorced from her,but how do I do that? on what grounds can i get divorced? Since my wife's relative is in the police dept, they may do anythng to my family which i dont want. So, how can I proceed? what proofs can I provide to show that me & my family have been physically & mentally tortured by my wife & her family? What is the fast & safe method? Please help me in getting divorced asap......
