How to Bulk up mively?
I'm 16, 5'11, and about 130 lbs. My goal is to gain at LEAST another 20 lbs. I'm willing to eat more, I'm looking for a beastly workout now that I got my license so I can hit the gym HARD. I don't have enough money for Creatine but I really want some, my dad says that I don't stick with bulking long enough to deserve another supplement. He's probably correct; however, I still seek help. I'm on the track team and I don't want to quit, I probably burn more calories than I consume, or I keep it balanced because I haven't moved from 130 in a while. Please no vague answers such as "Increase caloric intake" or "stop running" or "take supplements". Be as descriptive as possible, include a workout, and ideas/techniques to bulk up MIVELY and QUICKLY. Thanks a lot for the help. :)
