GYAH HELP My friend needs this printed?

Problem is, she forgot to log on to the computer up stairs and the printer at the time was acting funny. So now the entire print spool is backed up and she printed like a lot of doents that never got printed. Is there any way I can save what's in the print queue so I can clear it and restart the printer or is there another way to restart the printer service without clearing the printer queue?
