Gotta question about trading my car?

Okay.I have a 1995 Ford Mustang Saleen Clone. It's a really good looking replica. It has the 1993 Foxbody 5.0L engine in it and has 148,000 miles on it. It has a BBK CAI, 4:10 Gears, Short throw shifter, sway bar, and aftermarket suspension kit. That's about it. Well here's the deal.. My friend is wanting to trade me his 2002 Ford Mustang GT. Torch Red with 140,000 miles on it. The only thing it has done to it is a BBK Cold air intake. But I can easily get the money to modify the car. I know this sounds like a stupid question.. I'm just having a hard time deciding on what to do. Well anyways.. I'm just wondering what you guys would do? Keep my car, or trade?? Please no dumb or smart a** answers. Thanks a lot.
